I’ Grooming has always interested me and since every dog has its own personality, that would be what I focused on. I would have the pet owner fill out an evaluation of their personality, and how they want the dog to look. Then do my best to fulfill their desire. Returning customers would get discounts. Military would get discounts too!

Subject: Reducing Employees Work Hours
We had a mild winter, because of this I am going to have to reduce some of the employee’s hours in order to keep Jana’s Dog Grooming open. When mild winter weather occurs pet grooming always suffers. There is no need to panic.
From what I have been told this is to be expected in this line of work. I feel that the summer business will pick up since it was such a mild winter fleas and ticks will be bad this summer. This will be good news for us. Until then I will be rotating the groomers hours. This will reduce they’re hours to 20 a week. The reduction in hours will go into effect as of March 1st. I also plan on reducing the cashier hours, having you only come in from 10-2 mon-fri. Saturday I will be working that shift and of course we are closed on Sunday.
As I said these cutbacks are temporary. If you have any suggestions or concerns in this area please do not hesitate to come to me. You know I have an open door policy.
